School is not separate from life. In Auroville the possibilities for youth to grow and engage with the larger context of Auroville is a very living possibility.

In fact we encourage our teenagers as soon as they seem ready to take up responsibilities within the school or to explore programmes, and offer their time outside of the Last School campus, so as to gradually step from childhood into adulthood.
